1. Software Licensing & Acceptance
By accessing or subscribing to Imagini software platforms (including ImaPOS, SmartFlex, Edurix LMS, Educore, and Driving School ERP), you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software products, algorithms, user interfaces, and brand assets of IMAGINI remain the exclusive property of IMAGINI unless explicitly transferred in a custom development agreement.
